I was called to a home to inspect a furnace that was not working properly. Upon arrival, I found that the furnace was not producing any heat. I checked the thermostat and found that it was set to "off." I reset the thermostat and tested the furnace again. The furnace started to produce heat, but it was not reaching the desired temperature. I checked the air filter and found that it was dirty. I cleaned the air filter and tested the furnace again. The furnace started to produce heat at the desired temperature. I also checked the gas line and found that it was not leaking. I tested the furnace again and found that it was working properly. I gave the homeowner a detailed explanation of the problem and the steps I took to fix it. The homeowner was satisfied with the service and paid me for the work.
Super!
I just started with a maintenance service for a unit which was working totally fine. technician was working with the wires. when the fuse blew up and then I heard the pump is out then I go to the roof and he tells me the capacitor is bad. I spend over $1000 and ended up having a non-working Airconditioner. The air conditioner was totally working fine before the technician came in now I am being told by my housekeeper he’s telling him some board went wrong. That is highly unprofessional.
I was called to a home to inspect a heat pump that was not cooling. I checked the capacitor and the condensation pump, but they were both working fine. I then checked the control board and found that it was malfunctioning. I replaced the control board and the heat pump started cooling again. I called the distributor to get pricing on the control board.
I am an HVAC technician, and I recently completed a job at a client's house. The client reported that the power to the HVAC system was off, and when I arrived, I found that the older fan coil heat pump setup was not working. I checked the FAU breaker and found that it had tripped. I reset the breaker, and the system started working again. During my inspection, I noticed several issues with the unit. The system uses R22 refrigerant, which is obsolete and has a risk of water damage due to a lack of an SS2 safety switch. The blower motor was leaking oil, indicating that it would likely fail soon. The blower wheel was full of dirt and debris, which could cause further issues. The client stated that his friend performs maintenance, but it appears to be limited to basic filter changes. Based on these findings, I recommended a basic maintenance service to clean the blower, coil, and condensate line. I also suggested replacing the system due to its age and the need for newer, more efficient e
Great and and prompt service Hi
I was called to a home to replace a popped fuse and ensure the proper thermostat function. Upon arrival, I found that the fuse had blown due to a power surge. I replaced the fuse and tested the thermostat to ensure it was functioning correctly. I also checked the electrical wiring and replaced any damaged or frayed wires. Finally, I tested the thermostat and heating system to ensure they were working properly. The homeowner was very satisfied with the work and thanked me for my help.
I was called to a home to repair a furnace. Upon inspection, it was found that the inducer blower motor was not kicking on within the required 6 seconds. The system was giving an error code E1C. I checked the pressure transducer voltage and found that it was outside of the acceptable range. I recommended replacing the parts to ensure proper system operations. I also suggested that the inducer blower motor be diagnosed after the switch was replaced to check for any underlying issues. I received a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% upon arrival.

MINI SPLIT ESTIMATE
I was called to replace a faulty pressure transducer in a home. Upon inspection, I found that the transducer was not working properly and was causing the pressure gauge to read incorrectly. I removed the old transducer and installed a new one, ensuring that it was properly connected and calibrated. I also tested the new transducer to ensure that it was working correctly.
