2015 downstairs system - client expressed not cooling feels it could be low on pressures , running on arrival , hooked up guages found 2015 r410a system reading to 87/241 Only cooling to 7 degrees , 14-30-1 filter dirty put new one still under low pressure Condenser coils are completely clogged as well System has leak , leak check needs to be done to first find out where because line set runs inside of wall behind stucco down underneath ground to condenser , if coil and condenser is replaced without finding first where leak is new system can Leak out refrigerant Recommend first doing a leak check pin pointing first where leak is and move on to the next step of What should be done
Perform the General maintenance on five working machines and one non-working machine. One machine running, but blowing hot air due to refrigerant. All commercial property three phase. Some package units were 460 volts.
