Juan was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and gave me several options for service. He even came out on a Sunday of a long holiday weekend and that was greatly appreciated. Jan was absolutely amazing! Our AC broke unexpectedly, and Jan was able to come out on very short notice. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got our AC back up and running. We really appreciated how responsive and thorough he was, especially given how stressful it is to have your AC go out unexpectedly. It’s rare to come across someone who is this reliable and genuinely takes pride in their work. Ryan Foley is an absolute legend. I’m willing to bet that no one could have more knowledge about this industry in the entire state but for sure he’s among the best in the valley. He came , did a diagnosis, fixed it all on the spot, luckily it was simple. But he also communicated our entire unit, what we might expect in the future, what preventative work could look like and how best to care for the unit. I’m not trying to blow too much smoke, the experience was just that good. As long as Ryan is an option I will no longer need anyone else for HVAC.
