The customer service was responsive, communicative and very honest.  I had to have my condo hvac system replaced.  The system installed 12 years prior had stopped working & was not the best equipment.  I felt Affordable was clear, informational and professional about all aspects of equipment and servicing. From the moment the appointment began, Jan was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Weston arrived on time, very friendly, showed his picture and business card.
He wore shoe covers which was appreciated. He checked our AC system, and showed us how to safely clean the AC condenser.
He checked the Freon pressure and our vents. He even put our replacement filter in.

Discovered we needed to replace our whole HVAC system, so we started the process of talking to different companies and getting quotes. From the beginning, our experience with Affordable Heating and Air really stood out in terms of customer service. Their project coordinator Alfredo went the extra mile with us in terms of explaining things in great detail and making sure we got both the ideal system for our needs, as well as a very competitive price. Everyone else we dealt with was great too, from Ryan, who came out to engineer the project, and Eddie, who helped lead the install. The product knowledge, expertise, organization, and communication was really top notch, and you can tell this is a company that really takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. Originally I had given 5 stars but I am changing my review because the permit Affordable pulled for the heater is not closed yet. It has been months since the job was finished and we thought everything was ok. Unfortunately the permit inspection was submitted wrong by the company and it has not been finaled by the city. We have reached out to the company a few times via phone and email for help and they have not responded.

Exactly what we needed. Benji listened to our needs and gave us what we asked for. Jeremiah and his crew did an excellent job with installation. Juan was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and gave me several options for service. He even came out on a Sunday of a long holiday weekend and that was greatly appreciated.
