Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had a bad experience with this company and left a deserved bad review. The company contacted me immediately and asked what they could do to regain our trust, so they sent someone out to take care of our documented problems with the HVAC installation. They did a great job fixing the problem free of charge, so I felt it necessary to show my thanks by changing my initial review.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a real problem with the installer of an air and heat unit that stopped working. They refused my calls so I went looking for someone and found affordable Heating And Air. They gave me a great deal with a real good warranty. Not only that but they worked long hours to take the bad unit out and replace it with a good unit. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Martin. Glad to have found you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The furnace of our heating system hasn’t been working since February 2026. We were not concerned at that time because the weather was getting warmer, but we had it checked anyway by someone from the company that installed it some 15+ years ago. The technician told us that the problem was the inducer motor. He said it had to be replaced (we paid $99 for the check-up). Total quote was $1,100+. Recently, we had another technician from another company check it out for us (we paid $125). He said same thing - inducer motor problem. He quoted us $2,400+ for the “Inducer Assembly Variable Speed OEM with Gasket” - parts and labor. Then, we contacted Affordable Heating & Air. They negotiated for them to do the inspection for free. The technician, Javier Colmenero, came out and inspected the system. He said that he didn’t see any problem with the inducer motor. Instead, he said the problem was with a damaged capacitor. He quoted us between $400 and $450 for labor and parts. We agreed, and he did it after a few days. Our heater now works. Javier did a great job, and he saved us money. As their name indicates, Affordable Heating & Air - they are very affordable. Not only that, they just don’t guess of what the problem is. Javier did a thorough inspection. Thank you very much.
